Most New Year Resolutions fail after only a few weeks
What was yours?
Was it quitting smoking, losing weight or making real changes in your life?
Why Do Most Of Us Fail?
One major reason is trying to do far too much at one time. Rather than tackling one goal at a one time we try to do all of them at the same time.
Success in making changes requires that you focus on one goal at a time.
Losing weight should be your first goal.
Taking on too many resolutions at once will result in you not accomplishing any! Getting Fit first would had given you the self-discipline, confidence, and energy to reach all your other goals.
We should have had someone that would hold you accountable for our goals.
“Not” having someone to report to sets you up for failure.
You could had, tried online discussion groups on weight loss, forums or a close friend.
Growing Up!
Somewhere along here you should realise that the definition of Insanity is you continue to do what you have been doing and expecting different results.
Not trying new foods and stepping away your old ways will “NOT” bring you new results.
Giving up the cookies, cake, pizza of your youth, grow up already!
Eating more salads and learning more about how and why a low carb diet works to reduce fat and create a healthier lifestyle.
